Today while at Garin I spotted and photographed a Rose-breasted Grosbeak
roughly 30-40 yards beyond the barn near two picnic tables. There was a lot
of activity in this area because of the presence of a small creek. Also
present were numerous lesser and house finches, bullock orioles, and
startlings. Farther down the trail many Lazuli Bunting could be seen and
heard.
