    Hi EBBers,

Yesterday I spent the morning at nearby Sherman Island. Flying low over the
San Joaquin River as it parallels the Sherman Island East Levee Road there
was a breeding plumage Bonaparte's Gull. On Sherman Island itself there
were many Greater White-fronted Geese present (I counted 870) and thirteen
Wilson's Snipe in the vernally wet areas along Sherman Island Cross Road.
On the other side of Highway 160 on Sherman Island Road I found a Burrowing
Owl just south of the portion of the road that comes down off the levee for
    a couple hundred yards.

This afternoon, where Strawberry Creek enters the SF Bay next to the
Seabreeze Restaurant at the Berkeley Marina there was an Eurasian Wigeon
associating with a small contingent of American Wigeon.

    Good birding,
