[EBB Sightings] Mitchell Canyon / White Canyon - CCO

I went looking for the Calliope Hummingbirds up White Canyon and was
rewarded this morning with two males in furious confrontation, with gorgets
spread, in flight under the shade of an oak tree.  The sound of their wings
was similar to a disturbed hornet's nest!

Also Western Wood Pewee (maybe new for the list, I'll check); Hammond's FC,
Pac-slope FC and Ash-throated FC (all new for me, since I've been out of
state) and a delightful Rufous HB male.  Lazuli Bunting, BH Grosbeak added
to the new (for me) migrants.
