[EBB Sightings] Black Scoter, Brant

Went back to Richmond after reading Jim Scarf's unfortunate camera story,
and managed to find the Black Scoter at the end of Harbor Way South.  Thanks
to Dave Quady and Jim for directions, and Cathy (from San Jose) who was
watching the bird when I arrived.  

Thought that maybe Bob Brandriff's Scoter might still be in Emeryville, so
wandered that direction - only found the Brant off the Emeryville Marina,
however.

There were 22 Whimbrel behind the Seaview Restaurant on the corner of
Frontage Road and University.
