    Hi EBBers,
    
    I don't recall seeing any reports of CLAPPER RAIL at Damon Slough (adjacent 
    to Garretson Point in Oakland) before.  There was one just upstream from the 
    pedestrian bridge crossing the slough at 11:00AM this morning.
    
    Also present in the Slough were many Green-winged Teal, four Cinnamon Teal, 
    and two male BLUE-WINGED TEAL.  A teal slam.
