[EBB Sightings] Alameda and Contra Costa Big Year Reporting

Hi folks,
I'm doing my best to keep up with your county sightings, but I find my
knowledge of the county line is often taxed.  Could I ask that folks note
for which county they're reporting new sightings, so I don't mess up the
lists?  Thanks!!
