[EBB Sightings] Prairie Falcon at Hayward Shoreline

Greetings.
This afternoon, while not finding the Tropical Kingbird, I saw a Prairie Falcon--first, on the first large power tower north of Winton just before it turns at the recyling plant and later, flying over Mt. Trashmore and landing to the north on some rubble.
