Hi, and good birding to all,
Yesterday, while censusing the Eastshore State Park strip from University Avenue to Point Emery we saw (several time) up to three least terns. Other notables were a Caspian tern fly-by in the Brickyard area and two black oystercatchers on the tip of Point Emery. We started the census with a ruddy shelduck behind the Seabreeze Market. Many song sparrows, savannah sparrows and American goldfinches were present in the Brickyard uplands.
