[EBB Sightings] black and white warbler at Jewel Lake

Dear Birders:

A black and white warblers was singing this morning (11 am) at the Tilden 
Park Jewel Lake parking lot (proving that even the dreariest Sunday is not 
without its rewards).  The bird was last heard singing in the small live 
oaks in the circle at the gate end of the lot.
