[EBB Sightings] Ruddy Shelduck (?), Aquatic Park

A startling presumable escapee was at Berkeley's Aquatic Park early 
this afternoon.  What I take to be a Ruddy Shelduck was at the 
northeast corner of the first pond south of the main lagoon.  Also on 
this pond were a male and female Hooded Merganser.  The lagoon had 
Red-breasted Mergansers, including a male in brilliant breeding
