    A Peregrine Falcon was at Miller-Knox Regional Shoreline today, perched at 
    the top of a tall tree on the inland side of the lagoon.  This was a new 
    bird for us for this location.
    
    Best of the rest:
    A large flock of Cedar Waxwings was circling the area.  A unusually large 
    number of Red-breasted Mergansers was on the lagoon.  The Spotted Sandpiper 
    was in his usual spot on the rocks along the bay at Ferry Point.
