    After reading yesterday's report, I went to the Hayward  Regional Shoreline 
    this morning, parked by the Visitor's center and walked out  toward the Bay. 
    About 30 yards before the first footbridge, looking toward the  San Mateo 
    Bridge, I saw two Black Terns on truncated posts in the water next  to a broken 
    wooden structure. This is an area where there are many, many  Forster's Terns...
