[EBB Sightings] Prairie Falcon

I don't know if this is noteworthy, but I had a Prairie Falcon that was was being mobbed (can a single bird mob?) by a White-tailed Kite along Cross Rd. in Livermore this morning.  
Anyone else notice how clean the air has been the past few days?  Almost like a brilliant winter sky.
