...in the Hemlock up the trail leading from the last set of picnic tables to the left of the barn. On that trail also, for the last two days, a  flock of turkeys has been feeding.  They have at least 12 chicks in tow.  The Red-tailed Hawk nest up in the Eucalyptus has four large fledglings as sighted by a fellow birder who climbed to the top of the hill for a better view.
