    Today I mtn-biked up Mitchell Canyon, and observed the Pacific slope 
    Flycatcher that was heard yesterday.  I also spotted a Spotted Towhee, a 
    Western Bluebird and a pair of titmice constructing a nest (also, for the 
    first time I heard a Junco singing).  And, since I am also a "butterfly 
    person", I counted 10 species of butterflies (I can list them upon request).
