I saw a male Harlequin Duck yesterday (possibly accompanied by a female Harlequin) ?at about 4:30 PM?in the Richmond Marina,??opposite ?the restroom building and the grassy field that is located?shortly before the last right turn takes you ?to the old Ford plant,. This is the same location I saw a Harlequin Duck in the Richmond Marina several months ago.
