    For the second day in a row, I have seen a BURROWING
    OWL on the grassy berm in front of the new Ohlone
    College Campus on Cherry Street in Newark, north of
    Stevenson.
      I have also been seeing a couple hundred RED-NECKED
    PHALAROPE, and 60 or so EARED GREBES in alternate
    plumage in the salt ponds near the frontage road of
    the Dumbarton Bridge at Don Edwards NWR for the past
    few days. There were also 5 AMERICAN WHITE PELICANS
    there yesterday morning.
