    Nice report.  I am at Aquatic Park frequently and have seen almost all except the Northern Harrier.  Never seen one there
    before.  Can you provide any more details on the location?  Not to question your expertise, but is there any possibility it was a
    Cooper's Hawk? Maybe no one else does, but I have on occasion  mixed up the two.
