[EBB Sightings]red-breasted sapsucker-South Walnut Creek

A red-breasted sapsucker spend some time yesterday tapping at the 
trunks of several valley oak trees in our backyard. We frequently have 
Nuttall's and sometimes downy woodpeckers, but this is a first 
sighting of the sapsucker. I haven't seen an acorn woodpecker in 
several years.

We live in the south part of Walnut Creek against Sugarloaf hill.
