Palm Warbler -- Estuary Park, Oakland, northwest corner
Tufted Duck -- Lake Merritt, east end
White-winged Scoter -- south end of W. Dike Rd., San Leandro Marina
Clapper Rail, Sora, Virginia Rail -- Arrowhead Marsh
Burrowing Owl (2) -- Burrow 1 and Burrow 2 along the access road to Arrowhead.
Bonus birds:
Hooded Merganser, male; Estuary Park in Lake Merritt channel under the embarcadero overpass
Pelagic Cormorant -- Estuary Park
Hooded Merganser, female; Lake Merritt channel opposite the south side of Laney College
Barrow's Goldeneye, 13 male, 7 female; Lake Merritt channel betw. 10th st. and 11th st.
Hooded Merganser X Barrow's Goldeneye; Lake Merritt channel betw. 10th st. and 11th st.

A Pacific Loon was seen in San Leandro channel from Arrowhead Marsh, but not by me.
