    When I've seen the Tufted Duck, it's almost always been near the 
    islands, in the Nature Center scavenger flock.
    
    The hybrid goldeneye/merganser is generally reported in the channel near 
    Laney College, where the Barrow's Goldeneyes in general have retreated.
