[EBB Sightings] brown pelicans

I apologize in advance if this is the wrong forum for a birding question,
and I should only use this forum to post sightings.

 

(in which case, I saw three burrowing owls out this morning at Cesar Chavez
Park, Berkeley, and also a solitary spotted sandpiper)

 

Question:

does anyone know any place around the bay this time of year where BROWN
PELICANS hang out in numbers? if so, please tell me where I can go to get a
good look.
