[EBB Sightings] Ringed Neck Ducks-Hayward

On 12/25 at about 4 PM there were 5 Ring-necked Ducks in  Hayward at Garin Park.  They were in Jordan Pond. There were 4 males & 1 female.  They are under water a lot.  The only other bird of note was a male Western Bluebird.  (I was not birding.  I was going for a walk with my non-birder husband.)

Garin Pk. is at the east end of Garin Rd.  Reach Garin Rd. from Mission Blvd. ( CA 238).  Garin Rd, is 2 blocks south of Industrial Parkway.  To get to Jordan Pd.: after entering the park, stay to the right in the parking lot, going down to the bottom.  Park near the handicapped spaces.  Walk across the bridge.  Turn right and walk about 1/4 mile to the pond.
