[EBB Sightings] Common Poorwill

I've had several inqueries where the Common Poorwill in Strawberry Cyn, Berkeley has been seen. I wasn't paying much attention to the exact spot but I thought it was 1.5 mi out from the top of the fire road. Today at 6:45 AM it was further than that. There is a side fire road going uphill shortly before reaching a bench (approx 2 mi.) and the start of the downhill portion of the trail. Note you have to get there while dark or morning twilight.  This probably the latest and the lightest I've seen it. I supose it may be there in the evening. There is parking in the Space Sciences lot off of Centennial below Grizzley Peak Rd. before 9 AM and on weekends. Theres also a lot near the Botanic Gardens but it is an uphill walk from there.
