Thurday October 1, 2009 I birded Coyote Hills in the morning. There were still 3 Pectoral Sandpipers in the main marsh at that time. The big fennel patch where the gravel road meets the Chochenyo Trail had a Clay-colored Sparrow. The big fennel patch in the South Marsh had Wilson's, Orange-crowned, Yellowthroat and Yellow Warblers, Lincoln's Sparrow and a House Wren. The trees along the paved path at the Quarry parking lot had a Dusky Flycatcher.
