[EBB Sightings] Re: Your message to Sightings awaits moderator approval

I birded a small portion of Joaquin Miller Park in Oakland, near the
Woodminster Amphitheater, on Wednesday (9/16) and today and was able
to find a few presumed migrants on each morning, mixed in with nice
flocks of Bushtits and Chestnut-backed Chickadees. On Wednesday, there
were two Townsend's Warblers, a Yellow Warbler, a male Wilson's
Warbler and a Warbling Vireo. I found a male Townsend's Warbler and
another Warbling Vireo this morning. There are some nice juicy piles
of brush and logs on the steep hill just west of the amphitheater that
look like they might attract some wintering sparrows later this year -
I hope they don't get cleaned up!
