[EBB Sightings] REDWOOD PARK BARN OWL?

Does anyone know of reports or sightings of a Barn Owl in Redwood Park?  At
dusk last night, near the Moon Gate entrance to the West Ridge Trail (off
Skyline Boulevard, between Castle Drive and Ascot in Oakland) I heard the
bird and followed it to its landing at the top of a snag.  My flashlight was
too weak for a solid ID,  but the size, posture, profile, voice and pale
plumage as a flew all said "Barn" to me.  The only other possibility, I
thought, was a young Great-Horned which certainly would be more likely.
