    Dear Birders:

This morning (11 am) the young male American Redstart continues at the Emeryville Marine flitting back and forth between the poplars and the pines just north of the 2nd restroom (going north)on the Marina side. Though there are other warblers in the trees (Yellow and Black-throated Gray) the redstart is the most active, treating the viewer to occasional fanning of its tail.
