    Hi all;

    Though warbler migrant activity has slowed, there were 2 Cassin's Vireos in the oak trees on the NE corner of the lake this morning. In the same oaks, only single Yellow and OC Warblers were present. Lincoln's Sparrows were feeding on the ground on the north side of the lake, a FOS for me there.

    In my neighborhood right behind the Mountain View Cemetery in the Oakland hills this afternoon, FOS flock of Cedar Waxwings.

    To get to Lake Temescal, take Hwy 13. From the north, take the first exit, Broadway Terrace, and go left at the exit. The entrance into the parking lot is an immediate left. From south Hwy 13, take the last exit, Broadway Terrace, and go left at the stop. The parking lot is an immediate right. The paths on the east end of the lake are under construction, so it's not possible to walk around the lake.

    Good birding,
