[EBB Sightings] Green Herons in Heather Farm Walnut Crek

I'm beginning to think there may be two Green Heron families in Heather Farm 
Park in Walnut Creek.  Monday and this morning I noticed at least two fairly 
small fledglings.  There are also several, what I call "teenager" type 
birds, as well as adults.  The last couple of days they have been on some 
matted reeds at the north end of the mostly natural pond.  Of course, they 
also fly around and may be seen in other areas.

Lots of Barn Swallows are flying around, but I haven't seen others for a 
while.  A Caspian Tern was around for a few minutes Monday before 8 AM.

Now that the bike races are finished in France, I am out a little earlier, 
too.
