Debbie and I where at the Tracy Sewage Ponds Sunday 8/2 at approx 2:00PM and
saw the Willit as well. Also 1 Semi-Palmated Plover, 8 Wilson's Phalaropes. 
We headed north and then east from the sewage ponds and came upon a alfalfa
field flooded with about 2 inches of water. The field was approx 100 acres
and contained 116 Swainson's Hawks on the ground. The field was .5 miles
west of the corner of Tom Paine and Delta Ave.
Good birding.
