[EBB Sightings] Black Tern in Hayward

Hi Birders,

This afternoon at around 4  pm, I saw an adult, breeding plumage BLACK TERN 
at the Hayward Shoreline at  Winton Ave.  The bird was seen at the City of 
Hayward ponds, south of the  parking lot at the end of W. Winton.  It was 
foraging over the ponds, and  occasionally perching on the sand bars there.
