[EBB Sightings] House Finch nest in Albany near High School

Friends!

There is a maple tree at the corner of Pomona and Thousand Oaks, across from 
the Albany High School (it is the north-east corner, opposite the ball 
field) that has an actively being built House Finch nest, easy to see until 
the leaves come out. We saw the female working on it this morning (Tuesday, 
March 24, 2009).

The neighborhood is full of Oak Titmouse and House Finch song.
