I spotted a?BALD EAGLE?with juvenile plumage (2 yrs?) at Washington Park in Alameda on Saturday at approx. 4:20 p.m.?The eagle was on the ground?between the duck ponds & the dog park towards the?west (bay view) ends of both. It appeared to be standing over something (a kill perhaps?). Perhaps this is the same eagle that was spotted in Fremont recently?
