    Hi Birders,

This morning at McNaby Marsh (aka Waterbird Regional Preserve) in nearby
Contra Costa County, there was a nicely marked EURAISAN GREEN-WINGED TEAL at
the south end of the marsh. I walked south from the parking lot along the
rolling hills, using a trail I believe was named Meadlowlark Trail, to reach
the southern end of the marsh. There is a firewood cutting facility close
to the marsh where I saw the bird at about 10:30AM today. There are about
150 Green-winged Teal in the marsh, so you need to work through them to find
    the Eurasian.

Hanging out in the parking lot were 14 GREAT TAILED-GRACKLES, double the
number I saw there a year ago. Also, a flock of about 125 CACKING GEESE
circled once over the parking lot as I departed at around 11:00AM.

Continuing along Waterbird Way just a quarter mile or so east of the McNaby
Marsh parking lot, there is a pond on the left that had two MUTE SWANS.

    Good birding,
