Late this morning I headed to Pt. Isabel to look for the Harris' Sparrow.
It turned out to be the first bird I saw. I quickly walked to the parking
lot to notify two other birders, Marilyn Nasatir and Audrey Power, and they
    saw the bird, too.

Feeling pretty good, I called Jean Richmond to tell her that I had found it.
She told me to walk north along the Bay Trail and to look for another
sparrow flock. There was a tan-striped White-throated Sparrow there
    yesterday.

Well, I did as she told me and sure enough I found it. Also lots more
White- and Golden-crowned Sparrows, making for a 4 Zonotrichia day in about
20 minutes and 150-200 yards. Pretty cool.
