I received an email from Homer and Judy Keesler who sent me picture of what looks to be a good candidate for Eurasian Green-winged Teal (Anas crecca crecca).?The duck was seen Tuesday at McNabney Marsh in Martinez in the first pond along the road to Mountain View Sanitary District, south of the observation platform. I have uploaded Homer's image of the duck on my Flickr sight:
