[EBB Sightings] Winter is here at Aquatic Park

She didn't say. She did gesture toward the big lagoon, so I'd guess it
was in reeds in or near it. There are reeds along the west side of the
park next to the big lagoon, in a fresh-water marsh (by the railroad
tracks). There are more reeds along part of the west edge and along the
north edge of the big lagoon.
