    Hi birders,

At around 5:30 this evening, I found a VIRGINIA'S WARBLER at Hayward
Shoreline at W. Winton. The bird was on the north side of the trail junction that
is west of the parking lot. I first saw it in the same clump of fennel where
I had a MacGillivray's Warbler several days ago. It then flew north across
the narrow channel into a tree, and then worked it's way back east into the
fennel along the channel (seen there by Bob Richmond). When I left around 7
pm, I and a few other birders had been unable to relocate the bird.

    Good birding,
