Today at the shoreline -


Brandt's Cormorant - 1 seen over the bay from Johnson's Landing. The only other Aug. record I have for the shoreline was 8/4/97.

Wandering Tattler - 1 at San Leandro Marina.

Surfbird - 3 at San Leandro Marina.

Baird's Sandpiper - 1 seen in the usual location.

Western Tanager - 1 at Grant Ave. is the earliest Aug. record I have for the shoreline.
