Seen at the shoreline today -

Rhinoceros Auklet - 2 seen offshore from the same place as yesterday, just south of Johnson's Landing. From the Interpretive Center, take the trail out to the bay. They were seen from where the trail reaches the bay.

Pigeon Guillemot - 1 seen near the Rhinoceros Auklets but closer to shore and closer to the bridge.

Common Murre - 1 seen just offshore from Cogswell Marsh. It was so close to shore that Willets and Marbled Godwits wading in shallow water were farther offshore.

Lesser Yellowlegs - 3 seen in the small marsh around the Interpretive Center.

All of the usual shorebirds were seen at Frank's Dump West.

    Good birding
