Hi Kathy and East Bay Birders:

At least one Willow Flycatcher continued this morning at Del Valle
from 9:30-10:30. I was lucky enough to spot it below us as soon as we
started walking across the north side of the bridge. It was
flycatching from the tangles where the path along the east side of the
creek ends at the creek. Barbara and I went down to the creek and
were able to observe it closely for about 45 minutes. During that
time it was silent except for about two minutes when we were treated
to a couple of "whit" calls and the "fitz-bew" song.

    Good birding.
