    Hi all:

I had 3 WANDERING TATTLERS at the Tern island just off
shore of the San Leandro Marina today at 8:30. With
them were 6 LEAST TERNS and 7 BROWN PELICANS. This is
the little spit of land adjacent to the parcourse and
the larger island at the south end of the marina. To
get there, you drive to the west end of Marina Way off
of 880 in San Leandro and then south paralleling the
golf course to the last parking lot on your right.
Take the exercise trail west and then north along the
lagoon and the small island is on your left after a
    couple hundred yards.

I then relocated to Winton Ave, where I had a singing
YELLOW WARBLER in the tree in front of the Park
Maintenance building 100 yards before you get to the
entrance to the parking area. 1 RED PHALAROPE
continued at Frank's Dump, and 1 SNOWY PLOVER was
visible at the Tern nesting Island at Hayward Marsh.
There were 100's of Phalaropes in the ponds south of
    the Winton Ave staging area.

    Good birding,
