    Hi Birders-

The Red Phalarope was still at Hayward Shoreline around 8:30am, where the
west end of the pond is close to the bay and trail, but it moved east along
the north side of the pond beyond the next island. A Least Tern flew past
and out over the bay. No Black Terns seen.
