Today on a fence next to the road that leads in from Warren Ave. to  
the Don Edwards refuge in South Fremont I saw a stunning gray and  
yellow crested parrot with red eyes, robin size. Yellow head, crest,  
stomach, primaries. It was sitting a few feet from a Western  
Kingbird. Anyone have any idea what kind of parrot it might be? An  
escapee, I'm sure.
