On Thursday afternoon, between 5:30 & 6:30, there was
a single SNOW GOOSE in the large flock of CANADA GEESE
in the field outside the entry kiosk at Coyote Hills
Regional Park. It was seen 150 yards north of the road
adjacent to the large power lines outside the park.
There were also 13 GREATER YELLOWLEGS & 2
LONG-BILLED DOWITCHERS in the shallow pond at the end
of the road near the bus parking area. Several
RING-NECKED PHEASANTS were seen and heard calling near
    both these locations.
The single BURROWING OWL continues on the grass berm
in front of the new Ohlone College Campus on Cherry
    Blvd in Newark.

    Good Birding!
