A Red-throated Loon was seen around 11 AM today at Pte. Isabel.  It was in a channel to the east of the bridge which lies very close to the entrance to the dog park.  When first seen, it was snoozing in the sun on a little island along with some geese and Willets.  Then it got itself up and began feeding.  I would guess it is a first summer bird
