[EBB Sightings] Long-tailed Duck in Richmond Harbor

Today at noon there was a LONG-TAILED DUCK in the Richmond Harbor.  I scoped 
north from Vincent Park (from Highway 580 in Richmond, take Marina Bay 
Parkway and go south about one mile to the end of the road) to see the bird, 
which was in vicinty of the docks.

A little unusual were five Common Mergansers in the channel between Vincent 
Park and Brooks Island.

Also a bit unusual were two Common Mergansers in the old quarry pond 
adjacent to the Rockridge Shopping Center (51st and Broadway in Oakland) 
after the big storm at the end of last week.
