[EBB Sightings] Heather Farms this morning

I made a quick trip to Heather Farms in Walnut Creek this morning  
with my 14 month old daughter.  Though we weren?t very focused on  
birding, we did spot some birds of note on or around the natural pond:

--Several Ruddy Ducks,
--A female Goldeneye (not sure of the species),
--A small flock of Cackling Geese (Aleutian, I think, as I could make  
out a neck ring on some of them)
--Lots of Pied-billed Grebes, Buffleheads and Double-crested Cormorants,
--A Great Egret, a Green Heron and lots of Black-crowned Night-Herons
--A pair of flirting Red-shoulder Hawks
--A full on choir of Red-winged Blackbirds
--and the usual Canada Geese, Mallards, Coots, Sparrows, Kinglets,  
Yellow-rumped Warblers, etc.
