    I've been working with a bunch of folks at Hoffman Marsh. There is a  
    terribly soaked area there which I brought a camera crew from KPIX to last week  for 
    a segment they did called "fouled and forgotten".Any way the totally soaked  
    area was as of yesterday completely untouched. It is along the shore on rip rap 
     and into the marsh and eel grass just west of the bridge which spans the 
    mouth  of Baxter Creek. I re notified KPIX this am and also put in a call to 
    re-report  to Contra Costa Hazmat. At low tide the area is heavily populated by  
    hundreds feeding birds which are feeding right in the area,. Can you see to  
    some effort to this completely neglected spot? Much Appreciated.
